About Us

Gabriele Reardon is an EFT advanced practitioner, Life Coach, and Nutrition Coach. She conducts EFT & nutritional workshops and teleclasses teaching others how to use these concepts to create a happy, healthy, and wealthy life. Gabriele has trained with the developers of a number of energy therapies, she has chosen to focus her work on EFT because of its effectiveness and the ease with which it can be applied and learned.

Having devoted over 3 decades studying nutrition and human habits ... what makes people tick inside and out and why they do the things they do, she puts her skills to work by helping them break through their limiting beliefs and to develop new happy and healthy habits with the EFT methodologies. She is a wellness educator and has helped many to realize their health goals and gain peace of mind. She is a student of nature and shares her experiences of all things natural that improve people's lives and their environment. Creating awareness and drawing upon her clients desires she gently motivates them into action to develop the life they truly want to live, she moves them to the next level of personal consciousness, giving them clear focus to live in "the now" and the drive to move forward with their life's vision and purpose. Gabriele teaches her clients about natural foods, herbs, exercise, sunshine, good sleep, and how to avoid pollution in order to reach ultimate health.

Gabriele has studied Energy Psychology with Bruce Lipton (The Power of Belief) and Gary Craig (founder of EFT). She firmly believes in the principles and methodology of her work, which is to offer her clients a range of modalities to help them become healthier mentally and physically. Her goal is not only to help her clients overcome illness and discomfort but to work with them on a personalized plan to empower them to be their own best healer with nutritional coaching and energy psychology techniques.
